It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. Apartment Delight ( 48+17m2) is one of apartments in our Villa. The Villa is surrounded with pine tree forest. It is located directly at Punta Rata beach, Forbes No. 1 beach in Europe in 2004. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.
