It is a building like a completely independent two-family house. It is a cozy 1LDK house for rent. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The building is new and simple. The room is a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and dining room, and can accommodate up to two people. The host lives in the house next door. It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. A 20-minute drive to Niseko's ski resorts and a large supermarket. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. Niseko View Plaza (Michi-no-Eki) is a 5-minute drive away. You can check in and check out by self check-in. There are no stations, bus stops or shops within walking distance. This is a place where you absolutely need a car for shopping, going to restaurants, or skiing. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2,000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.
