The apartment is very clean and just a few steps from the beach. Ioannis is really helpful and nice person.

After initial difficulties with the address, we had a wonderful stay there, everything clean, great location, as you are in the middle of a busy street and you can get by well in the evening without a car. It was also only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Christos was also very nice, gave good tips for activities and restaurants and was always easily accessible! He and his family were very likeable! The only drawback: the mattresses were very hard, but for a couple of nights that's okay. If we fly to Crete again, we will definitely be back.

Omg, what an amazing place! I had the best 2 nights sleep in my life! ( wish I could have stayed longer) You fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed and pillows are really comfy, something that is really important to me, as I’m a light sleeper. Poppi is extremely friendly. When I arrived she had cooked for me! I must have looked really hungry because it was food for about 10 people…. You have absolutely everything in this place, kitchen and bathroom is stocked with everything you need. Thank you - I’ll be back!

I had the pleasure of staying in the apartments for a few nights and am absolutely thrilled! The hostess was incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly – we were greeted with fresh fruit and a raki. A special highlight was the dinner, which we were allowed to enjoy with the hostess and her husband. There were freshly caught fish and beer, which gave us the opportunity to get to know our hosts and learn lots of great tips and stories about the area. The accommodation itself is very cozy and family furnished. The bathroom was clean and equipped with everything you might need. Another plus is the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby tavernas. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay which I can highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. I strongly recommend staying there!The apartment is located right above the sea, so you can only imagine how stunning the view is. I was hyptonized by the sea, spending hours sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sun from morning to evening, with the sound of the waves. This was a perfect setting as a solo traveler to take some time for introspection and for work on my laptop too (wifi connection was very good!). Everything is provided for you to cook and the bed was very comfortable. Nearby there are several supermarket, a bakery, and the location is good to explore the eastern part of the island. Just maybe if you are very tall it might be uncomfortable for you to climb up and down the stairs to the bed as it's on a mezzanine (I myself hit my head once lol but the area where it happened is padded so no harm, it wasn't an issue to me!) Manos was very friendly and welcoming, and super responsive whenever I needed. Thank you for the great stay! I will be back :)

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

House as described, clean, tidy and strategic as a location to be able to get around the area.

Linda is a very helpful, generous and friendly landlady. Communication was always quick and helpful. The apartment is exactly as described and perfectly located for trips to Heraklion, the Lassithi Plateau or the beach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

We love the location, the neighbourhood and the neighbors, A beautiful little paradise with a luxurious atmosphere that you have to experience for yourself!

Niki was a lovely host, when we saw her in person she would politely ask us how we are, about our stay and equally / mindfully giving us space and privacy. She has a very beautiful, clean, well presented, and very functional home. It has the right amount of privacy, situated within Olive Groves and with neighbours spaced out. There are stunning views outside all the windows, especially the main foldout doors onto a lovely patio with table and 2 sunbeds. There is a lovely beach cove 3 mins walk away, which we borrowed sun chairs and umbrella for. From this beach you can walk to other stretches of beach and Tavernas. It's easy to walk or drive to the other Tavernas and Mini Mart in the village. Equally other villages, beaches, sightseeing, archaeological sights and hikes are easy to explore. We would happily stay here again! *We also enjoyed some lovely figs from Nikis Garden, and some sweet treats offered for my partners Birthday 💖

The 2nd time we stayed with Christina. We felt very welcome again and at home. Our own cottage just outside the city center, near the beach: easily walkable or by city bus.

Such a beautiful place, we felt we were in paradise. We took our own food so didn’t try the taverna but enjoyed dinner with a beautiful view every night and two nights we lay back a star gazed for hours on the deck chairs. The “almost private “ beach was delightful and we never had anyone there with us, so for us very private …

We had a great week in this home with beautiful sea views! Xerocampos was very quiet this season, we sometimes had the beaches to ourselves and were able to go on nice hikes in the deserted gorges. The accommodation was remarkably clean and very well-equipped (even a toilet booster for our 3-year-old daughter). Georgia was exceptional welcoming us at a late hour with many touches. We would like to highlight Georgia's incredible hospitality and generosity. Of all the stays we have had, via this platform or elsewhere, this is by far the best service we have had!

We loved the stay in Agios - Maria was very nice & flexible. Supermarket, lake, sea and restaurants surrounding the flat and the apartment is very sweet with everything u need for a couple of days in Agios. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very thankful for our time here :)

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Milena the host is really helpful and great with information. We stayed for a week having had Milena show us the apartment last year, when we stayed in Apartment 3. It was all we hoped for; felt like home from the first night. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by; and also a beautiful sea lounge called Kimzu (20 mins walk away) - we returned to Ag Nik as we loved our time here last year. The apartment and the resort in general is highly recommended!

Everything was very good. Very clean, nice decor (not too much, not too little), well equipped (incl. Washing machine), kitchen very good, with spices and fridge was filled with breakfast items for us. Lots of little hospitable touches. Great location and beautiful views. Nice hosts and tips for restaurants and excursions. There were five of us and we were all very comfortable!

This apartment is truly impressive - spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable. The large balcony offers a perfect spot to relax with the sea just metres away. The bathroom has a great shower. During our stay, a few evenings were quite chilly, but the heating function on the AC unit kept us warm and cozy. Apostolis is the perfect host. He contacted us before we left the UK with clear arrival instructions, met us at the apartment, and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. He welcomed us with fruit and wine and was genuinely keen for us to enjoy our stay. When we visited Heraklion, he kindly recommended a great place to eat, and on our second morning, he surprised us with some delicious Greek sweet treats for breakfast. The only slight downside was some noise from the bars below in the bedrooms, though we were still able to sleep. However, waking up to the stunning sea view from the balcony made up for it. The room was nice and big, view from the balcony was really beautiful, pool was great and the location was the best. You can find everything you need in Istro - shops, tavernas, beautiful beaches. We loved it and we can certainly recommend!
