Appartement de 40m2 très lumineux dans un cadre calme attenant à une forêt. Terrasse spacieuse permettant de se reposer et/ou de manger à l'extérieur. Transports en commun et axes autoroutiers à proximité : - RER B Palaiseau à 12min à pied (permet de se rendre en 25/30 minutes au coeur de Paris) - A6/A10 à 2min. - N118 à 7min. Boulangerie et carrefour city à 2 min à pied. Centre ville à environ 10min à pied (commerce, restaurant, tabac, marché...). Plateau de Saclay et Polytechnique tout proche.

Cosy, design and clean apartment of 40m2 located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt city! It is located at 2 minutes walking distance from the closest metro station to visit Paris. And only at 10 minutes from Roland Garros Tennis Open and huge "Bois de Boulogne" park. The area, known as very safe, is accessible by metro line 10, bus 52 & 72. The apartment is surrounded by many gourmet shops and restaurants. It is located in the courtyard side of the building so you won't be bored by any noise!

L'appartement familial est traversant avec un balcon donnant sur un jardin avec 2 salles d'eau et 2 wc. + un parking privé et sécurisé. Idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 à 4 enfants ou télétravail. A 10 minutes du métro ligne 13 ou 5 minutes en tram, literie fournie et prête. Double séjour, grande chambre enfants (17m2) , suite parentale avec salle d'eau. Cuisine bien équipée. Un chat reste dans le logement (mais possibilité de l en sortir exceptionnellement). Elle est très sociable.

Cosy 2 Pièces au pied du métro Ourcq (5)

Calme et coloré, proche parc de la Villette, mon appartement 2 pièces est idéal pour un séjour parisien. Lumineux, grâce à des fenêtres traversantes, situé au 5e étage (sans ascenseur), j'y vis au quotidien et j'en ai fait un lieu chaleureux, propre et vivant. Seul le lit est possible pour dormir, le canapé n'est pas un lit.
