Nestled in a beautiful forest landscape is St. Thomas an der Kyll. Here you will find peace and relaxation in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities are right on your doorstep. Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with garden seating and barbecue. Located directly on the edge of the Kyll and forest without transit traffic. The apartment is directly accessible from the outside via the stairwell, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. Studio in hartje Kyllburg

Recent gerenoveerde en nieuw ingerichte studio op de eerste etage van een monumentaal gebouw. De studio is uitgerust met een kingsize bed, Smart TV, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, kleine eethoek en badkamer met douche en toilet. Onze gasten komen voor een korte vakantie in Kyllburg en omgeving om te wandelen, fietsen en motortours te maken of voor langere tijd vanwege werkverplichting. In combinatie met andere appartementen groepen tot 16 pers mogelijk. Bedlinnen en handdoeken worden verzorgd.

My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. The detached single-family house (100 square meters) can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for peace, nature and relaxation or want to play golf. In the immediate vicinity - 3 km from the vacation home - is the Lietzenhof golf course. On the 18-hole course in extensive grounds, you can switch off and enjoy the unique natural landscape.

You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

Haus Kiewisch, fully equipped holiday apartment

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.
