The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building. There is a living or dining room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. Everything is freely available to you during your visit.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. There are 2 separate bedrooms each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note: no kitchen. Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee + tea is free. Fridge, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel beds including bed linen are provided.
