Monthly Rentals in Manchester-by-the-Sea

My family had a great time and Rachel was incredible! We're excited to potentially have a new place to stay when we're in town visiting! Can't wait to stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy Manchester by the sea! Lani was so responsive when we had a question late at night upon arrival. It was super walkable to all areas in MBTS specifically to town. Very roomy, tones of space, amazing closet space. Laundry and all appliances were very easy to use. We were incredibly comfortable during our two week stay and looking forward to coming back soon! Would recommend to anyone!

A clean, fresh space with fantastic access to all that Beverly Farms has to offer. Elisabeth was a wonderful host with clear, timely communication and was flexible with us on times to meet our needs. We would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.
