Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Manitou Beach-Devils Lake

We were in town for a family gathering and had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Everything we needed was easy to find, and our hosts were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know about the house. The neighborhood is also lovely and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are back in Toledo!

We had a great time in such a great place. Right in the heart of Maumee. Walking distances to fishing, The bait shop and local restaurants. The house was very clean and if we had any questions or concerns the response was very quick. I would recommend this place to all my friends, who are looking to stay in Maumee. Thanks so much for the wonderful hospitality.

The little pink shotgun had everything you could possibly need or want. It was well appointed and comfortable. I loved being able to spend a few days in the historic structure. The university and Depot Town are within walking distance. I felt I was home while staying and was sad to say goodbye! I will definitely be returning next time work brings me to Ypsilanti! We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.

I was visiting Ann Arbor for a university conference and was so grateful to find Stanley’s place! The house gave a cozy home-like feel and offered practical amenities for the business traveler. The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and well-cared for. I would love to come back and stay and explore more of the area.

Theresa is a great host. We had plenty of rooms for everyone with a nice big back yard for the kids and the dog. Theresa had lots of linens, nice washer and dryer, spacious basement, with a TV in almost every room. We felt right at home. Toledo is a great place to visit. We love the Imagination Station and the Zoo and found Tony Paco's to be delightful. We would defiantly visit again!

Lovely house, and a great location to visit our daughter at UT. All local amenities are within a 5-6 min drive. Nice and clean and tidy inside with everything we needed. Very quiet location.

A completely private space with plenty of room, very comfortable and wonderful 'extra' touches (like some beverages in the fridge and homemade cookies upon check-in :-) They done a great job with the space and it's a lovely residential community very near/a short drive from anything you could want in Ann Arbor. Exactly as advertised - book with confidence!

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 month stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and it’s located near so many yummy restaurants and fun downtown attractions. Kathy was always very responsive whenever we reached out to her and always made sure we were taken care of. We would love to stay here if we ever travel to the area again!

My wife and I stayed at Chris’s apartment for a wedding in Adrian, MI, and it was a perfect retreat. Arriving at 9PM after a long travel day, we settled in easily. The next morning revealed a peaceful country setting—quiet, with birds singing, ideal for coffee outdoors. The apartment was clean, as pictured, with a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, stove, microwave, fridge, dishes) and a spotless bathroom with ample towels. The bed was comfy, wifi reliable, and it’s just 20 minutes from Adrian. Chris was friendly but unobtrusive. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful time and we felt treated like royalty. Susan welcomed us to a kitchen full of goodies (fancy ones) and Christmas stockings! We already miss her place, everything was perfect! Thank you, Susan and Charlotte!

Great space really close to the stadium and downtown. Very comfortable beds, clean space, nice bathroom. Annie communicated very well and was a friendly, flexible host.

My stay was the perfect peaceful reset. I needed a weekend away and Deborah made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would love to come back and spend more time at lake etc.

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

Peters place was perfect for our trip and accurate to its listing. It was clean abs comfortable He was easy to communicate with. The space works well for a small family and is just a short drive from downtown.

It’s in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything is spacious, elevated, and beautifully constructed. Lots of natural light! And private. The kitchen is minimal with no sink, but is well supplied. Loved staying there!

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

My employees were staying for over a month and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Very responsive hosts with a very clean space. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot
