Holiday rentals with a patio in Manitou Beach-Devils Lake

I had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment in Ann Arbor. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It’s part of a beautiful house in a charming neighborhood—quiet and welcoming, yet still close to downtown and the university. The host was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located place to stay in Ann Arbor, this is a great choice. I’d stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and quiet. Easy check-in and check-out. Spacious accommodations. Had a question, and host responded within minutes.

This was a great spot in Ann Arbor, especially for a game day football game. Easy to park and enter into apartment.

This place was everything we needed!!! The location was perfect because it was so close to the Waterloo Hunt Club for our horse show. The inside is recently updated and has everything it listed, even a keurig! This home is on the water and give you assess to the dock for fishing, has a fire pit, beautiful patio and a great grill-eating area including a large picnic table. The 1.5 bathrooms was nice when we were all getting ready in the morning. It’s a quiet area so easy ins and outs. Just overall excellent and so comfortable! Will come back for sure when we have our next horse show!

My stay was the perfect peaceful reset. I needed a weekend away and Deborah made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would love to come back and spend more time at lake etc.

Fantastic place and so walkable to downtown Ann Arbor. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and super responsive host. Would stay again! So nice to walk in with some yummy snacks and beverages in the fridge. Thank you!

This is a great location for accessing the best Ann Arbor has to offer. It was easy to walk to Kerrytown/Main Street and the walk to Central Campus was painless even for my young kids. It is a well maintained but older house with quirky electrical outlets and light switches. The house is well stocked with essentials and the house was relatively quiet and private given it's proximity to Main St. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy!

My family had a great stay at this beautiful property! The decor is fabulous and amenities are abundant. It was great being in walking distance from so many restaurants and attractions. The host checked in on us and made sure all was well throughout our stay. My family loved it so much that they want to stay here every time they visit Ann Arbor! We highly recommend staying here.

This is a first rate home in any location, but especially wonderful as a visiting parent of Hillsdale college students. It was our favorite for our daughter’s last 2 years at Hillsdale. It’s a premium rental! Thanks Laura and Eric! You’ve made our visits very comfortable.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is as described and as shown on the pictures, and is very comfortable. The bedroom is in the back so it is extremely quiet. We didn’t use the rooftop but it has great views and is a very nice addition to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Peters place was perfect for our trip and accurate to its listing. It was clean abs comfortable He was easy to communicate with. The space works well for a small family and is just a short drive from downtown.
