The listed villa is located about 60 meters from the Qube main house. There are 21 modern and high-quality furnished rooms with lift and air conditioning. The beautiful, historic staircase is characterized by old sandstone and oak stairs and impressive lead glass windows with Art Nouveau elements. In the villa is also the Qube Garden with a 200 sqm sun terrace and extensive lounge facilities.
