Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The sights are wonderfully accessible on foot and also the shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
