Our little house in the mountains of Madrid is located on the outskirts of Cercedilla, just a 10-minute walk from the town center, in a very quiet area through which there is hardly any traffic despite being so close to all services. Located next to the countryside for all kinds of routes, from more comfortable and short as "the path of the water" or more demanding and long as the route to Siete Picos. It's an independent apartment that sits in the same estate as the house.

It also has several work areas to be able to telework comfortably and at the same time enjoy the Sierra de Guadarrama, just 45 minutes from Madrid. The house is available as a vacation rental.

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden out back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. Country house with a wonderful garden and pool. A unique place where you can breathe tranquility and enjoy endless outdoor activities with your family. It is located 50 meters from the Senda Maeso that leads to the Yelmo (Guadarrama National Park), and very close to La Pedriza. The house consists of: Kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and the other with bunk beds, a bathroom. A play area with a mat, sandpit, and basketball hoop.

House in Soto del Real

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Spectacular house fully equipped with underfloor heating (cold and heat) by aerothermal. Divided into two floors, the main floor consists of an open kitchen, a full bathroom and a living-dining room. The first floor has a double bedroom and another with a trundle bed and a full bathroom (with a whirlpool bathtub) and a balcony overlooking the mountain. 60 m plot with artificial grass.

Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.
