The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with private exterior staircase on the left side of the home. The area boasts shopping, public boat ramps, and Emerald Isle beach access just a few miles away.

Granny's Little Cottage

Do you want to feel like you are back at granny's for the weekend?! This is the sweetest house to get away and relax on a nice vacation. Enjoy sipping coffee on the screened porch and listening to the birds before heading to the beach. For December the house will be decorated for Christmas. We're 8 miles from New River Air Station, 17 miles from Camp Lejeune main gate, 27 miles from Topsail Beach. Located in the country. House does have central heating and air conditioning.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
