Monthly Rentals in Maplewood

Melvin's place was comfortable, clean, and a great location. We had a rental car and appreciated that there was a parking space available for us in the driveway. Everything was as described in the listing and the great reviews we read about Melvin's place are well deserved. We met Melvin one day out front and had a great conversation. He's a lovely human and enjoyed meeting him. It's clear he really tried to make our stay in his home as convenient and comfortable as possible. If we ever come back to the area we would definitely stay in Melvin's place again.

The place was great. It was much bigger than I thought it would be. It is a very large space for a one-bedroom. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a great stay at Kyle's place! All the rooms were very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment looked like the photos; the living room was bright and spacious. We will definitely try to come again when we visit the area.

The apartment is very nice. Clean and comfortable. Also it is close, walkable, to our daughter's house. So this worked out well. I fumbled with the keypad at the entrance. It was dark and I didn't realize it lights up with touch. Also, we didn't see an address on the house to be sure we were at the right place. This was all resolved quickly. We had a nice stay.
