The house is phenomenal, comfortable and clean. Jose is attentive and perfectly explained how to get there and access to the house. The area is quiet, very nice and ideal for families. We will love to repeat!

Large house, nice terrace and TV with Netflix. 2 km walk from the beach and 15 minutes' walk to the Mercadona although there were other supermarkets nearby. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Repeat.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

Stylish apartment right on the beach – perfect for a family vacation! We had a wonderful time here, and with a clear conscience, we recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort near the sea. Great location – a few steps from the beach of Punta Prima, in a quiet area, with a beautiful promenade all the way to Torrevieja. A modern, renovated, tastefully decorated apartment. Two comfortable bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), an additional bathroom in the hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a balcony, perfect for morning coffee. A huge plus for cleanliness, air conditioning, a washing machine, full equipment, and charming extras. On-site parking is a big amenity. Very helpful host, seamless contact-we felt cared for. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely little apartment very central near to shops and amenities

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

What a lovely little find! I knew Caroline’s villa would be spot on in every way. Lots of communication before we arrived. This was the third time we’d stayed within this area, so we knew the area quite well. However, this stay was by far the most comfortable. We stayed here as a family of 3. Caroline’s villa was spacious, clean and had a definite home from home experience/feel. Beautifully decorated throughout and had its own sunbathing area on the top floor terrace, which was nice and secluded. Two close pools, but only one was open until May. The weather during Easter week was a bit disappointing but the accommodation made up for it. Great area for everyone. Restaurants are walking distance and two large supermarkets were close by too. A car hire is recommended if you want to go to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Highly recommended. Thank you once again xx

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Very good accommodation, spacious, with all needs covered. All ready to spend a long season also in the house and spend days at the beach. For life with little ones it is also well prepared, with a good patio to play.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

Daniel was very responsive and his family who helped with check in and out very kind and accommodating with the times. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The communal pool was brilliant (a bit cold in April but our kids still enjoyed going in!) and communal gardens beautiful - lovely for a picnic. There was sometimes was a language barrier but we both got by with translate functions!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay! Salvador was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to share great tips on places to visit based on my interests. He was always responsive and genuinely kind, especially when I needed help after my next Airbnb was unexpectedly canceled. The house itself is beautiful, and the nearby beach is calm and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and stunning views.
