Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Price quality is all good. Thank you!

Annette’s apartment was lovely, with everything you could need for a long stay. The roof terrace was spectacular, we really enjoyed using the sun loungers. The apartment is so well positioned in my view, as it is close to Le Mata we’re they have a really cool outdoor market, which is a great place to get your veg and so much else. It’s only a few dozen meters to the beach which you can see from the roof terrace. Alan who met us at the apartment was super helpful and very kind, really appreciated all his efforts. We would definitely go back again.

Unbeatable area/location, the apartment was absolutely nothing missing, very nice and very clean everything. Maria and Alex wonderful people, attentive and always facilitating both check-in and stay and when the day we left, we had to check out at11am and it didn't give us a check out time, we were very lucky with them. I will definitely book these apartments again!

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

José Luis has been an excellent host, from the first moment he was very friendly and the communication is great. Staying in your penthouse has been a hit. The apartment was very clean and located in a very nice area 10 minutes away by car from the center of Murcia Ciudad . José Luis takes great care of the details, leaves you some food, fruit, coffee and drinks to avoid having to go buy. The attic had all the necessary appliances. It can be appreciated that he carefully takes care of his Airbnb. Thank you so much for the very pleasant stay, we will repeat for sure. A hug.

Ruairi was a fantastic host and very quick to respond and very accommodating, allowed us to gain access early and allowed us a late checkout. There has been a nationwide power outage today and he was straight on to me, saying we could go back if we were stuck. A real gentleman.

We had a great week in Antonia's beautiful apartment on the 1st floor of a bungalow. Antonia welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything. The large fruit basket she had prepared for us was also very nice. On the spacious sunny terrace with flexible roofing you can sit wonderfully and look into the green complex with pool. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, the kitchen well equipped. By car, you can reach a great beach in 5 minutes. You can park directly at the house. Everything was perfect for us! :) We would book the apartment again anytime!

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

Great and charming, very quiet residential area with shopping centers a few km away, the largest mini-golf in Europe and our favorite part, more than 5 golf courses within an impressive 20 km radius. Gordon's kindness and attention should also be noted, making our stay unforgettable, we will definitely be back!!

Quiet, cozy and very nice area, clean and very cozy apartment. I felt very comfortable, like at home. Antonio was helpful, giving us ideas of places to go, places to see and where to eat. In short, the area is amazing, the stay was phenomenal and Antonio is a 10, I would fall short

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !
