This beautiful exclusive luxury villa (220m2) with a newly installed pool heater is located at the pretigius Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Guests can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (supplementary charge for the heating) and a large terrace space. It is located on an elevated plot with scenic views over the Mediterranean sea. The house has a modern look and feel, and is very spacious and light. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with a nice cooking island.

Enjoy our swimming-pool spring/summer/automme! Profit of sunny winters, and comfortable nights in front of our chimney and central heating. Apartment above the sea, in a natural environment with spectacular views. Air conditioning in the master bedroom, WiFi, dishwasher, and garage space. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room with terrace, ideal for four people, it also has a 135 sofa bed in the living room in case you are a few more. The cove is below the apartment, with access. Ideal for scuba diving, paddle sup, canoeing. In summer it is cool, but we have air conditioning for those extreme days.

Incredible views over the cliff with all privacy, next to the beach and restaurants, perfect for family activities in Cabo de Palos. You will enjoy the space for the light, the kitchen, the cozy space. Ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children or without). Main room has a dressing room, sea views and ensuite bathroom in separate floor; on the ground floor next to the living room, kitchen and bathroom is other room with double bed too.

A penthouse in lovely Santiago de la Ribera with a large private terrace. Located only 150 m from the beach. 30 min from Murcia airport, 45 min from Alicante airport. Two bedrooms, two beds in each. The living room has a sofa bed (140×200), Smart-TV and a dinner table. All areas have air conditioning. There is free fast WIFI 600/600. The terrace is 55 square meters and there you will find a pergola, gas barbecue, an outside table, two sunbeds and a shower.
