Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other has two single beds. The house has air conditioning in every room. Supermarket - 3 min walk

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

A wooden pier extends into a serene lagoon, lined with gently swaying palm trees. Two thatched cabanas can be seen on a sandy island, surrounded by crystal-clear water reflecting a blue sky with soft clouds.
