The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". This is our beautiful home. After living in Marbella 6years we moved on, to Paris. The house is recently renovated and it's really cozy and elegant. Everyone says, "Your house feels like home!" We have 4 kids, so the house is great for families (ping-pong table, puzzles, table games, doll house etc.). Your kids will have so much fun in pool! You can walk 20minutes to the gorgeous Marbella old town and sandy beach. I would be happy to recommend you family friendly restaurants and playgrounds.
