Las Lomas Marbella Club Golden Mile Apartment

When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. With easy access to the Starlite concert venue, as well as the most select or renowned leisure and restaurant areas of Marbella (La Meridiana Restaurant, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Sol y Luna Restaurant) (Olivia Valere Nightclub, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Personalized attention. By having extensive knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. We can provide information regarding all possible activities you want to do, leisure, sports, cultural activities, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, and places to visit. This development, superbly located equidistant between the City of Marbella and Puerto Banús, just opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, in the heart of the Golden Mile. Las Lomas is an oasis of tranquility that few developments enjoy today. Marbella's most important residential complexes are located within or next to Las Lomas del Marbella Club. With easy access to the highway and freeway (1 min drive) which makes logistics much easier. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Mainly by private car, although it has all the amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure). However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. All about Marbella

Growing from a fishing village to playground of the rich and famous in just a few decades, Marbella is a major vacation spot on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Inhabited since Roman times (with the ruins to prove it), it wasn’t until the 1950s and ’60s that this sunkissed stretch of Mediterranean coastline became the destination du jour for Saudi kings, European aristocrats, and members of the international jet set. Today, it accommodates about a million visitors a year, along with a significant population of British expats who live in beachfront luxury villas in communities like Elviria, Nueva Andalucía, San Pedro de Alcantara, and the Golden Mile. Marbella is especially hopping in the summertime and around Easter, when Semana Santa (Holy Week) brings colorful religious processions through the streets of Old Town.

What are the top things to do in Marbella?

Old Town

History buffs will love strolling the labyrinthine streets of Marbella’s colorful Casco Antiguo. Start at Plaza de los Naranjos, with its Renaissance-era town hall and the 15th-century church Ermita de Santiago, before paying a visit to the Baroque church of Santa María de la Encarnación. Art lovers will want to stop at the Museo del Grabado Español Contemporáneo, and snap a selfie with one of the famous sculptures that line the Avenida del Mar.

Beaches

With 16 miles of coastline, gentle waves, and clear waters, Marbella theoretically has plenty of beach to go around, though summertime crowds can challenge that notion. Close to Old Town you’ll find Playa de la Fontanilla, where you can rent sun chairs for the day, or stroll the beachfront promenade, lined with shops and chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants). When crowds peak, it’s worth venturing up and down the coast to find a more secluded spot.

Puerto Banús

Nueva Andalucía’s luxury yacht marina is one of the largest entertainment centers on the Costa del Sol, thanks to its designer boutiques and lively nightlife.
