Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00). In addition, two cribs and a high chair. For 6 people, an inflatable double mattress is available. Kitchen: coffee maker and bread slicer. The location is unique: You have a beautiful view of the countryside and access to a stream. As parents, we have equipped the house toddler-friendly.

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM HORSE STABLE' is on the ground floor of the barn of the mill estate. It used to be a stable. (Take a look at my other apartment 'barn loft' too). The room has low ceilings and small rung windows. The space is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.

Our apartment, located in a traffic-calmed turning area and directly on the Lumda (river), has a separate entrance, a large eat-in kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom with a 140cm bed, as well as a sofa bed (140cm)and a shower room.
