If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

The cottage (70 sqm) is located at 1000 m with dairy farming. Quiet single location. Comfortably furnished, large terrace, barbecue, infrared sauna. Good starting point for mountain tours in the Dolomites, ski/hiking area Plose Brixen and Bolzano are easily accessible by bus/train. The Lüsner Alm offers great excursion destinations. The cottage is good for couples, families with kids. Pets are welcome. Breakfast, bread service, fresh eggs and milk will be provided on request.
