Monthly Rentals in Maresso

Both Anna Maria and Massimo are great hosts, available, honest, open and friendly. Recycling facilities are perfectly followed. Kitchen has everything you need (no oven nor microwave). We didn't use the the TV. Wifi perfect. Shower amazing. Hairdryer and vacuum cleaner very powerful. All laundry facilities including laundry machine, pegs, airer and detergents. All cleaning products available. Space for shoe storage. Parking nearby. Very peaceful and quiet. There's a nice patio in front of the studio flat which is sunny until early afternoon in November and has plants and flowers with an iron table and 2 chairs which is really cosy and relaxing. The double glazed windows are fantastic. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. Only one thing once, after the shower, hot water boiler was on and whilst using the hairdryer the electricity went off. The switch it's on the wall outside the studio. This is because it's under the same meter of their flat but they came down immediately apologising

We only stayed one night at this place that met our expectations. If we have a chance, we won't hesitate to return.

It was a nice stay for my purpose. TLDR; I needed a bed to sleep on my bike trip from Milan to Bellagio. I chose Paolo's place based on its lowest price among everything that was available on Airbnb in that area at the time. At first I was astonished at the price because of the title of the listing "Entire home in La Valletta Brianza, Italy" but it proved to be a clickbait one. The place is actually a small room with a bathroom converted into a single-bed apartment in the house shown on the main photo of the listing. There are sealed doors connecting it with the rest of the house and you can hear some noise through them. One can guess from the photos that the room is quite small, although it looks somewhat bigger on the photos. Overall it was good for me, but the description of the place on Airbnb, IMHO, is prone to setting higher expectations for someone looking for more than just a bed and a bathroom.

At Marina we had a cozy place to stay. Quiet and rural. On the terrace you can linger well and Marina took care of us warmly.
