Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is absolutely fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice! It is modern, clean, beautiful and spacious! The location is fantastic, just outside the central part of Trastevere, so everything (restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, the Jewish ghetto) is nearby and very walkable. The neighborhood itself is lush and the apartment is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The patio is huge and surrounded by old growth trees and the sounds of monk parakeets. A great way to relax with a cup of espresso in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We just loved it.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt, die Unterkunft von Micaela ist einfach perfekt ! Sehr nah am Meer, Privat und ruhig. Torvaianica ist schön mit vielen heimischen Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten verbunden. Rom besuchen, auf jeden Fall! Micaela ist ein Engel und man sollte sich glücklich schätzen sie kennenlernen. Sie gibt sehr gute Ratschläge und kennt sich sehr gut aus. Jede frage würde sehr schnell beantwortet und sie ist sehr nett und freundlich. EGAL welche Uhrzeit. Sie war uns eine sehr große Hilfe. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien kommen dann sicher bei Micaela! La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay in these apartments. The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. The cleanliness is incredible; even socks stayed clean, with no dust or dirt. I am very thankful and wish Carolina all the best
