Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is absolutely fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice! It is modern, clean, beautiful and spacious! The location is fantastic, just outside the central part of Trastevere, so everything (restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, the Jewish ghetto) is nearby and very walkable. The neighborhood itself is lush and the apartment is like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The patio is huge and surrounded by old growth trees and the sounds of monk parakeets. A great way to relax with a cup of espresso in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We just loved it.

We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Had a very nice vacation, Micaela's place is just perfect ! Very close to the sea, private and quiet. Torvaianica is nicely connected with many local restaurants and different activities. Visit Rome, definitely! Micaela is an angel and you should be happy to meet her. She gives very good advice and knows her way around very well. Every question would be answered very quickly and she is very nice and friendly. NO MATTER what time. She was a great help to us. If we come back to Italy, we'll definitely stay with Micaela! The stay was great, the place has all the amenities and is fully equipped. It is 200 meters from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks away it has a wide range of bars for aperitifs. Domenica was always kind and flexible with our schedules, especially on the last day when we had to leave our bags to be able to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and she got us another Airbnb for those days.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay in these apartments. The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. The cleanliness is incredible; even socks stayed clean, with no dust or dirt. I am very thankful and wish Carolina all the best
