The residential area is surrounded by forests and many green areas. Perfect for the daily walk. Supermarkets and shops for everyday needs are only a 5-minute walk away. By public transport you can reach the city within about 25 minutes. The stadium can also be reached in about 30 minutes by bus and train.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
