Holiday rentals with a patio in Markkleeberg

We were both very excited about the apartment. It was very cozy and super clean. The location of the apartment was very quiet and easily accessible. We'd love to come back😊

We spent a few days in Susan's apartment and had a great time all around. The apartment was sparkling clean, everything you need to live was available and due to the location we could both make Leipzig unsafe and enjoy the lake landscape south of Leipzig without moving our car. We would book the apartment again at any time.

This apartment was perfect. Excellent location in pleasant neighborhood just south of central Leipzig with tons of restaurants, shops, and a light rail line just out the door. The apartment itself was beautiful, with multiple levels, two separate bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen and living area, and two separate decks — one off the kitchen facing the quiet rear yard, and one on the rooftop. A perfect place from which to explore Leipzig as well as a perfect retreat from the bustle of Leipzig!

The apartment convinces across the board. Location, cleanliness, elevator to the 4th floor, balcony, parking, bathroom & guest bathroom, range of pillows and blankets, inventory - nothing to be desired. Thank you to Iakov for the fast and uncomplicated communication. We loved it and will definitely be back!

We had a very nice few days in Till's apartment. Thanks to the good weather, we were also able to use the great terrace. The apartment had everything we needed. Parks, attractions and restaurants were easy to reach. The communication with Till went great.

The apartment was very nice and super clean! You can easily find parking nearby and is well connected to Öpnv. Sophie was super friendly, we were allowed to take our dog and a later key handover was specially organized for us, thank you! :-)

The tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away and from there you can actually reach everything in the city. Shopping is also not far away and the kitchen is really well equipped. Katharina is a totally attentive and lovely host! We felt totally comfortable and look forward to next time.

We felt right at home. The highlight is of course the terrace and the fireplace, for which there was always new wood. No matter what you needed, Christina and her husband were there. Absolutely recommended for anyone going to Halle.

We were on site for an extended weekend and had rented two houses from Tino and Jonas (house 49 & 51). We were completely satisfied and enthusiastic and felt very comfortable right away. Everything was very clean and the equipment was very modern and high quality. There were more household items on site than described in the listing (dishwasher tabs, Zewa, garbage bags, etc.). The location of the houses is very good. However, there is a gravel conveyor system diagonally opposite, which did not bother us further. The property is well maintained and large. Direct access to the lake is available. If you want to criticize something, it may be that the house is very clairaudient. This is due to the gallery of the house, which we liked. The check in with the app worked excellently. The bikes on site were very cool and traffic-proof ! Finally, an exceptionally great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend! 🤩

We were there to celebrate a birthday with my family and returned with lovely memories. It felt like home from the first moment and the coziness will catch you. Caro was a very nice host, always attentive and well prepared.

Very nice and spacious apartment in the Waldstraßenviertel. Walking distance to zoo and downtown. Communication with Mathias was straightforward and friendly.

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and the surroundings are a dream. On site you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. As a welcome, there was even a small cake and a few nice greetings. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the area. Leipzig Zoo is a 40-minute drive away. Sachsen Therme 20 min. Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastic. On the street to the house there is unfortunately no footpath. After a short walk along the road, there are good paths on foot. We recommend the place.

We felt really comfortable in Steffi's house. It also corresponds exactly to the description - yes, it is an older house, but renovated and furnished with a lot of love. Our messages were also always answered promptly. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect place to stay with a toddler. Claudia had great tips for the area. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos.

I had a great stay in a spacious, fully equipped apartment with a west-facing balcony. The neighbourhood is beautiful, perfect for long walks and relaxing moments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Stephan was a great host. Smooth process, always approachable and super easy with check-in. I can only recommend it. Area was very quiet and the Airbnb was as described on the pictures. Very clean and very cozy.

The apartment was fantastic. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. If drinks were missing, you could have taken something in front of the apartment against a small obolus. The idea was great. The apartment was very easy to find and everything was very clean and tidy as seen on the pictures. We'll be happy to come back🙂.

We had a pleasant stay, Felix was very friendly and thoughtful, we felt comfortable. Despite the fact that we arrived with two dogs and Felix also has three dogs, the situation is largely relaxed. A lot of consideration was given to our dogs. Gladly again

Amazing spacious place to stay. Everything as described and you will find even more. Marcel is very polite and attentive host. For the next year Marcel place will be our first choice if apartment will be available.

Nice simple apartment with good connections to the center (tram). Plenty of shopping in the vicinity. The apartment was clean and cozy. The area was quiet and manageable. All in all, a nice stay for myself and my family.

We are completely enchanted by this beautiful and very special place to stay. It all worked out wonderfully and far exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very successful and stylishly designed, nothing was missing and it was all super clean. We had a super nice and absolutely quick contact with Carsten.
