Small studio with views over Marl

The 25 sqm apartment is located in a residential complex in the pedestrian zone of Marl-Hüls. In the extended rooftop there is a sleeping place with very wide views over the rooftops of Marl. Up to 2 guests can comfortably stay on the sofa bed. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020/2021, a new bathroom was installed. Wi-Fi is of course available as well as the fully equipped new kitchen.
