Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

It is only 200 m to the next bus stop, and from there you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station with connections to Münster or Essen, or Haltern am See or Wuppertal, in just a few minutes. There is a bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
