This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). It is served with private shower, kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, breakfast table and air-conditioning. The property has just been renovated. Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

Apartment is close to all amenities including restaurants and public transport and is situated 2 mins walk to the sea (one of the nicest beach in Malta). Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. Fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/sitting room. Second floor, no lift. All necessities. Strong Wifi.
