LOCATION In the middle of the Hochsauerland. The house is situated in a small quiet village directly on the federal road (behind the road the railway line runs to nearby Bf Beringhausen and then comes the water "Hoppecke"). There are several bridges over the Hoppecke, so hikes can start directly from the house.

Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room.
