Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Both the Diemel bike path (approx. 10 minutes by bike) and the Eggeweg are very close. The drive to the ski resort in Willingen takes approx. 45 minutes, to Lake Eder about 50 minutes. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with roof terrace.

The apartment is in the back of the ground floor with exit to the garden. In the bedroom there is a double bed (2x2) and in the living room the couch can also be used as a sleeping place.
