Nice and cozy house a one minute walk to the sea. It has a large terrace, sea view. It consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and bathtub and on the upper floor a small shower room with sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is the cloakroom but also a large space for a stroller or several bikes. We have lived in this house for 12 years and we have taken care of the decoration in order to feel good there.

On the 3rd floor without elevator access, it includes a beautiful living room with its open equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet.
