The studio has a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge area, a bedroom area, a bathroom and a private terrace with table and barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided. As the end-of-stay cleaning is not respected, reservations from 19/10/2025 will be charged. No pets allowed.

180 m² single-storey house to enjoy your reunion with family or friends, with a large enclosed garden of 800 m² with terrace, sunbathing, dining area, etc. Nearby you will discover the oyster and mussel port, the seaside walking trail, not to mention the surroundings with the islands (Ré, Aix, Olerons) the Poitevin marsh,... For the July and August season, bookings will be made on a weekly basis as well as for the school holidays.
