Holiday rentals with a patio in Marta

This is not a popular tourist destination, need to be reached by car and the lake is quiet and open.The room is simple, comfortable and clean.The homeowner was very responsive and solved a few small problems very quickly. Recommended

the apartment is located on the main street of Marta, very close to the long lake. Very clean apartment in every room. Alessia is a great host, and makes guests feel immediately at ease. The house has everything you need, and I emphasize that I have rarely found in the various apartments where I have been a fire extinguisher and a blanket, this makes you understand how attentive you are to everything. central that more central is not possible. in the medieval center of Viterbo and all in all close to public parking (free and paid). kind and precise hostess, available, great places near the house. everything perfect for a comfortable stay in Viterbo.

Andrea was helpful and helpful in terms of accommodation and problem-solving. I highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment. Elena is a very helpful host, always ready to respond to every need. He managed the house with a hotel in the sense that it has provided all kinds of services, even those not required for a rental of a house like breakfast cookies, jams and coffee pods for the duration of the stay, complimentary samples/shampoo proof, as well as everything necessary for the bathroom (toilet paper, hand soap, face, shower, etc.) Perfect and new kitchen, bedroom with double and bunk bed including fine sheets and blankets. In short, everything is perfect. Although the apartment is not big for me and my husband was perfect. I think it's okay for a family too. It is of course enough to be able to organize with respect for the host and those who are hosted. Warm greetings to the dear host and goodbye, hopefully soon. Quiet place and surrounded by greenery.

Recently renovated home with all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The house is in a very relaxing and private setting surrounded by olive trees. Perfect for a family with kids and/or pets. 5 to 10 minute driving distance to major thermal baths in the area. Excellent hosts, highly recommended.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

What can we say if not that we will definitely be back for a longer stay! Lorenza is kind and caring, the apartment is spacious, very clean, soft and fragrant sheets and towels and then the house is surrounded by greenery, in short, just as we imagine a little paradise! A lovely place to unplug your cell phone and forget about the outside world:)

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Paola and Andrew are two simple people, handy and very helpful. They welcomed me and my little Rocco (a little dog) making us feel at home. A place immersed in the Lazio Maremma countryside, where the only noises are those of animals and nature in general. Close to the sea and great as a starting point for many places to visit. Highly recommended for those looking for a few days of escape from the chaos of the city. Great hosts!!!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

I was in Marsciano for 6 days, the location is strategic because near the highway junctions, the Di Romina house is large and equipped with all the comforts, in addition to being in the suburbs it is quiet and very close to the main streets, I found the house perfectly clean and tidy, Romina and her family are very kind and friendly people, I recommend everyone to visit Romina's house.

Laura and Alberto are two extremely kind and always available people. They welcomed us very well by making homemade bread and jam. The day after arrival they prepared a typical Tuscan pasta that they kindly offered us. Always ready to recommend places to visit. Amelie was also a fundamental part of our stay🐶 I recommend it to those who want to relax and visit a part of Tuscany.

A fantastic spot to unwind and recharge. I stayed her for an entire month. A haven of tranquilly with breathtaking valley views. The apartment's proximity to the outdoors and the stylish furnishings provide a one-of-a-kind stay. There are numerous interesting locations to visit in the vicinity, such as Stroncone, Terni, Lago di Piediluco, and Cascata delle Marmore. Terni is a great place to visit if you're looking for a city atmosphere and the food is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need especially for remote workers. For the entire month that I was there, I had no issues with the internet. The office space met my needs, and I was able to set up a nice work enivornment there. Luis and his wife are a truly remarkable couple. As a guest, they spared no effort in making me feel at ease. The hospitality and the quality of the home-cooked meals that they shared were outstanding. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return :)
