Located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from the center of Martel at the foot of the hiking trails. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, on the half level a cozy living room with TV, a double bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs 1 double bedroom, bathroom, toilet, a children's bedroom with twin beds.
