The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the barbecue or the plancha.

Completely independent studio

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam tourist train in the foreground. Martel is a pretty medieval city in the north of the Lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Many tourist attractions nearby. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

Not just for the environment, which is so pretty in the Lot, but because we humans live in this environment that we would like to be as healthy as possible to be well. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue sans problème. Les draps et les serviettes de bains sont fournis. La maison n'est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (présence d'escaliers).
