Located in a fully renovated 19th century barn, this 60m2 apartment on the ground floor and accessible PMR allows you to spend a stay in a pleasant area. For 4 to 6 people (free BB kit on request), you can enjoy an indoor swimming pool (functional and heated all year round) and a garden shared with the 4 other apartments. 4-person gîte in Martel

Close to the Centre de Martel (10 minute walk), remarkable village of Occitanie, close to Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. I will advise you on other tourist possibilities nearby. The accommodation occupies the first floor of a pretty stone outbuilding, it is bright, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony with views of Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the BBQ or plancha.

Completely independent studio

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam train in the foreground. Martel is a cute medieval town in the north of the lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Numerous sights close by. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.

Beautiful cave house in La Roque Gageac.

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom.
