Roy and his place was perfect for what was needed. If you’re a solo traveler or couple it’s a great space with the basics covered. Roy was responsive and allowed me a late checkout to help me complete my work. I appreciate the space and consideration 🤙

The Pretty Peacock is just as described and provided us a serene and beautiful space while in Lancaster with family. Nora was a responsive host and was eager to work with us to make our stay the best it could be. An unanticipated perk was the beautiful neighborhood that was so walkable. Having family in Willow Street, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

A great little one bedroom apartment conveniently located in the Willow Street area. Very close to grocery store and other shopping for basic needs. Several restaurants were a very short drive or even walkable. The Nespresso coffee maker was a pleasant surprise. The apartment itself is very clean and recently updated. The main living/kitchen/dining area is well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped for doing some light cooking during our 8 day stay. The only thing we wished it had was a toaster. The bedroom was comfortable with a nice memory foam mattress. Two things to note to be sure this is the right fit for you, 1. the bathroom is fairly small and is a tight fit for a plus sized person. 2. there is no TV in the apartment. Overall we had a great stay!

The space was perfect for our anniversary get away! The hike across the street was great even though it rained most of our trip. We got 1 day of hiking in. Everything was clean and comfortable. Such a historic space that they have added a modern flair to. Not sure when we’ll be back in the area but looking at Tom’s other properties to rent. Great host!
