Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Martinšćica

Giorgio's apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very spacious, you have plenty of space. Giorgio and his family are very, very friendly and warm hosts. Communication worked out great. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!!!

Marijas place is VERY close to the beach (just walk a short 2 flights of stair down - not suitable for wheelchair users tho) and you can park right next to the house in her garage, which is super handy. The place is very clean and interestingly laid out, its on the 1st floor of her house and then you have the kitchen 1st, then the terrace and then the living room and bathroom and up the stair is then your bedroom. We found it to be really beautiful. Since we travelled with a dog, we were mostly interested in Montys dog beach, which was a shorter walk from the apartment (cca. 15min). Entry is free and you can pay for a cabana (40€) or 2 loungers with a table and umbrella (20€) for a whole day. The water there is also more clean than on other beaches (where dogs aren't allowed to swim, but can be with you on the beach, prepare for some stares though) . There are also very good restaurants all along the beach by the apartment and dogs are allowed in, if you ask them. :)

Thank you for having us at Daniela's and Denis appartement, it was extremely nice, clean and near the city centre and the beach. We also appreciated the private parking space and the proximity to EV charge station. The appartement is on the first floor and offers everything you need from Kitchen and bathroom suppliances and have a cozy balcony to enjoy your meals outside. Important to note for those having children: the shared washing and drying machines are available at entrance. We have really enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%. Spécial thanks for Daniela and Denis for their attention and welcome gifts !

I highly recommend this place for the location, cleanliness, super equipped and there is even a dishwasher, washer and dryer.. exceptional owners, sunny, very nice and always available. If you want to visit Pula, do not look elsewhere because in this apartment you will find everything you need.. comfort, tranquility, serenity and an enchanting view. 💯

We saw (with 2 children aged 11 and 14) stayed with us for 2 weeks in the beautiful stay of Marija in Garica KrK. We had a great time there! A beautiful centrally located location making everything on the island easily accessible. The apartment was great, everything was present and we greatly enjoyed the nice swimming pool. For questions, we were able to switch very quickly with Marija - they responded immediately. All in all, a wonderful holiday accommodation where we will definitely come back again!

Large villa with fantastic views. Sandra is a lovely and very friendly hostess. She puts a lot of effort into maintaining the house. There are 8 apartments. Activities are best reached by car. Great value for money.

Gorgeous location on the edge of a pine forest next to the sea. Loads of walks locally. We also hired bikes to cycle into the national park… with plenty of stops 4 hrs was plenty of time to do this. We stayed at Easter and Premantura was very quiet still - all the beach cafes were still closed. This was fine for us but I expect it would be much busier in the Summer. The apartment is great, the patio is wonderful and plenty of space for kids to run around outside. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! Darija is super friendly and has been very helpful with all our questions. Thank you for the wonderful time!!

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. Thomas from the real estate agency is very kind and really helpful, and the owner is the same. Really a 5-star stay! Really a stay

We were received so kindly and personally. She's so helpful. If we had questions, answers came quickly. Everything was so clean. The fresh of the apartment immediately met us, which felt like home. Everything clean and pool wonderful. We got treats from her. What I thought was so sweet. I would say all in one that won't be our last vacation there Book the apartment, you make no mistake.

We had two very pleasant nights. Evjezdana was very welcoming, recommended restaurants and activities to us. The apartment is very comfortable, refurbished, very clean and very well equipped. The bedding is particularly comfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Perfect for two people and very clean.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! Lovely apartment with a great location and friendly, responsive, and very accommodating hosts. The back patio/terrace was an especially relaxing spot. The AC was great.

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!
