A beautiful restored traditional Canarian farmhouse located in the country but just a few minutes from town. The house has lovely views of the mountains and the sea which you can enjoy from one of the many outside areas. This is our family home and has everything you'd need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool, gas barbeque, sun loungers, outside sofas and even an exercise area with weights and a bike. Warm apartment in Telde in a rural area where you can disconnect and breathe peace and tranquility. We have taken great care of the details so that you can feel comfortable. It has a small outdoor garden and parking for one car. Good internet connection. By car, you are only 20 minutes from Las Palmas, the main commercial and cultural areas and beaches of Telde and the airport. Although there is public transportation accessible on foot, it is advisable to use a private vehicle.

This apartment is completely renovated and has a 17 sq. meter terrace with incredible views. It has a table with four chairs and two sun loungers. In the bedroom, we have a 1.50-meter bed with a TV and a wardrobe with a safe. In the living room, we have a 1.50-meter sofa, a 50-inch TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a modern shower with hot water, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair straightener, and a makeup magnifying glass.
