Appartement de 40m2 très lumineux dans un cadre calme attenant à une forêt. Terrasse spacieuse permettant de se reposer et/ou de manger à l'extérieur. Transports en commun et axes autoroutiers à proximité : - RER B Palaiseau à 12min à pied (permet de se rendre en 25/30 minutes au coeur de Paris) - A6/A10 à 2min. - N118 à 7min. Boulangerie et carrefour city à 2 min à pied. Centre ville à environ 10min à pied (commerce, restaurant, tabac, marché...). Plateau de Saclay et Polytechnique tout proche.

Charming tree house

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A little return to childhood in this atypical cabin. Breakfast included, you can enjoy it outside with the birds singing or inside. If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.
