Welcome to our cosy house, 700 metres from the Loire and 6 kilometres from Saint-Florent-le-Vieil. This house can accommodate 2 people – exceptionally 3 or 4 – please don't hesitate to contact us! The inside of the house is cozy and the garden very nice for summer evenings. Great walks along the Loire will make you happy! The guinguette is back on the banks of the Loire in Montrelais, super nice, small catering, music, in season, small concerts;

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The house is located in the countryside . It's a renovated house with charm. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Enclosed terrace, parking, boules court. Pets are allowed, but please note that I also have 2 very friendly dogs and 2 cats that roam around the village.
