Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Maison Douceur on the Loire

The Maison Douceur is planted on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. It is ideal for a stay in absolute rest in a magical setting. Located 5 km from Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It was renovated by an architect and an interior designer who created a real cocoon for us. Two beautiful terraces: one overlooking the Loire and the other overlooking the countryside that stretches to the horizon. 100 m from the Loire by Bike, the walks are exceptional.

Ingrandes le Fresne sur Loire, 20 minutes from Angers and 45 minutes from Nantes, atypical accommodation located in a part of a charming manor house. A large wooded park with plenty of relaxation areas and quiet corners, to be shared with the owner and other gite. GROUND FLOOR: Living room, kitchen, dining room, FLOOR: 2 bedrooms with bathroom, toilet and shower room, toilet, several outdoor areas. Close to Ingrandes SNCF train station and the D723 Nantes/Angers axis.

Charmant studio de 24m2 entièrement neuf de plein pied. Il est situé dans notre maison, avec sa propre entrée. Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.
