You have all the amenities in Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon, including an indoor swimming pool and a lovely promenade along the Mignon Canal. The cottage is located next to the N11. 30 min from La Rochelle, Chatelaillon beach; 1 hour from the Futuroscope. Hot tub available from May to September.

I rent my house which is semi-detached, with garden, in the municipality of Mauzé sur le Mignon, in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. Less than 1 hour away: La Rochelle/Niort/Poitiers/Rochefort 1.5 hours: Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Palmyra. There are all the amenities in the town accessible on foot/bike (supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy...). CAUTION: 1 double bed available but a second room can be used to install an inflatable mattress or umbrella bed if you have one. No TV
