Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

After a fabulous day’s skiing or summer adventure in Avoriaz or Morzine, just a beautiful 20 minute drive via an excellent supermarket brings you home to bags of space to play, cook, dance, watch the stars or flop in front of a film together. The log fire and underfloor heating mean you’re cosy and your kit is dry and the oodles of space mean you can be yourselves. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
