Studio apartment with the perfect view

The apartment consists of one room (living room, kitchen and sleeping area all in one), bathroom and balcony. What makes this place so special is the beautiful sea view from the balcony. It really calms you down immediately. The parking spots are close, you can reach them by walking distance as well as the beach. Duga Uvala has no wild nightlife. It is more a place for relaxing and taking it slow.

A tranquil pool area is surrounded by loungers and lush greenery. The building features multiple windows, and the serene waterfront is visible in the background, creating a pleasant setting for relaxation.

Spacious, bright and air-contioned apartment close to the centre. Located at the far end of a dead-end street, the only thing disturbing the peace and quiet will be the church bells. 15 minutes away by foot from the beach and harbour area with restaurants and excursion offers. Only 15 minutes by car to get to the airport or the harbour city Pula and its Roman remains.

A rocky shoreline is displayed with clear turquoise waters gently lapping against the rocks. Small boats can be seen in the distance, and the water's edge features smooth stones transitioning from the shore into deeper, clear waters.
