It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away.

There's a reserved parking lot in the garage under the building,from which you can use both staircase and an elevator. Restaurants and the center is near,as well as Pula with its famous coliseum and rich Aquarium; Water Parks for joyful family gatherings,or friends dares...if you are of those adventurous souls, take a horseback rides, or Panoramic Flights Deposit of 200 euros is mandatory.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
