The house is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood by the sea in a city Liznjan (10 km from bigger city Pula). The house has a outdoor terrace with dining area and gas grill and your own parking space beside the house. It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away.

The neighborhood is outside of the town rush and it's quiet and relaxing. Large supermarkets a bank and a restaurant are all inside of the 1km range. This apartment has 2 balconies with a beautiful view where you can relax and experience the sunset.
