Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. BLISS am SEE

Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Bahnhof, Busbahnhof, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Messe sind es 4 km. Mit privatem PKW-Stellplatz, abschließbarem Fahrradkeller und Klimaanlage. Schnelles Internet und NETFLIX.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten.
